Residential Dryer Vent Cleaning

Our dryer vent exhaust cleaning starts at *$149 for standard cleaning service! See list of inclusions / exclusions below.
Our service includes:

Inspection of your interior transition duct hose, dryer and wall connection, video interior of the vent prior to and after cleaning

Inspection of your exterior vent - if the vent is on a vertical surface of your home 20 feet or less from the ground

Movement of one dryer appliance to access the rear of the dryer
We specialize in dryer vents - that is all!
* There will be a $65 trip charge(service fee) if you have soft vinyl or foil duct work that is not able to cleaned with a brush and vacuum system, or if we arrive and there are issues outside our control that prevent our technician from providing the service we have quoted. We will also provide an estimate for replacement of any vent systems that are not suitable, by email, to bring it up to residential code and make your home safe again.
** There will be an additional fee's for the following: vents exiting the home higher than 20ft or roof, stackable appliance systems (requires two technicians), dryers on pedestals, inside custom alcoves or cabinets, inordinate objects inside the dryer vents, pest in the vents, water in the vent or anytime a second technician is needed on-site to complete the job safely.
***We offer service outside of our home area for an additional travel fee.
